• →Experience developing and validating market problems based on industry experience and contact with customers and stakeholders.
• →Experience managing and motivating a talented team towards a common goal.
• →Understanding of the software development life cycle and technical acumen to communicate effectively with development engineering and our technical end users.
• →Strong ability to lead by influencing others within and outside of the organization.
• →Proven experience in people management, including mentorship, hiring, and scaling high-performing teams.
• →Direct accountability for P&L and portfolio profitability.

• Experience within Enterprise & Public Safety markets.
• Experience launching products to international markets.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and modern DevOps.
• Knowledge of MOTOTRBO or DMR standards.
• Proficiency in Jira, Tableau, and Confluence for data-driven decision-making and project tracking.
