We are seeking a Senior Coverage Tools Support Specialist to serve as a vital development liaison with our Coverage Test Center (CTC). In this role, you will diagnose software anomalies occurring during field coverage testing, oversee support channels, and guide new software releases through validation testing and documentation updates. Candidates can reside remotely anywhere in the United States, with a working preference for Central Standard Time (CST) to align with field operations and development schedules. • Observe, analyze, and characterize software issues occurring during field coverage tests, delegating resolutions to development teams to help ensure optimal platform performance

• Manage support channels to assist users, drive final release validation testing, update technical documentation, and coordinate field tests in an Agile environment
