The appliance release readiness team at Motorola are responsible for validating, automating, and performance testing platforms that are used to deploy our world-class Avigilon Control Center software product and other cloud based technologies. Leverage your expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment, leading projects that make a real-world impact, and collaborating with a talented and supportive team.   Define and continually improve the quality of Avigilon’s software and hardware products through the ownership and maintenance of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test automation.

  Work with other teams to ensure that Avigilon produces the highest quality, easiest to use products in the surveillance industry.

  Design, measure, and report on the performance of various components of our system.

• →

  Proactively identify and develop strategies to mitigate performance bottlenecks.

• Proven knowledge of general computer items like: RAID, BIOS, Firmware, PCIe, etc.

• Prior experience installing and configuring NVR’s, computers or network equipment.

• In-depth knowledge of client/server architectures.

• Experience with image/video file formats and related concepts.
