1. Performs audiologic evaluations for newborns children adults and difficult to test patients

2. Performs Hearing Aid evaluations and hearing aid checks

3. Performs tonal ABR and auto-neurologic ABR

4. Performs ENG evaluation

5. Provides direct student supervision

6. Participates in Quality Improvement program

7. Participates in equipment maintenance

8. Makes appropriate referrals

Master’s degree or Doctorial degree in audiology
Name: NY State license in Audiology (CCC-A) Issuing Agency: American Speech Language Hearing Association
Minimum 1 year experience or AU.D. Externship
