1. Portions out and plates food truck and serves

2. Heats patient food, transport food truck and serves meals to patients

3. Prepares sandwiches for cafeteria and special functions

4. Registers customer orders & transacts with money, Accountable for over/under of register

5. Wipes down tables, chairs, tray line, counters, shelves

6. Prepares salad for the salad bar, wraps cakes and pastries

7. Sets up the counter for breakfast and lunch. Serves breakfast and lunch

8. Serve and replenish hot and cold food in cafeteria

9. Assist in the preparation of special functions

10. Sets up and washes all pots, pans, empties garbage cans

11. Keeps the floor and sinks clean, empties garbage cans

12. Rotates, label, dates and puts deliveries away

Food handling experience preferred
