Primary Therapist - LCSW, LMFT, or LPC

Make a meaningful impact in a residential setting where clients come to heal, grow, and rebuild their lives. Located in Raymond, IL, Lincoln Recovery is a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center offering mental health and dual-diagnosis care.

We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate therapeutic mental health group programming.

• →Provide individual and group therapy using variety of modalities: CBT, DBT, EFT, ACT, and MI
• →Support crisis intervention and stabilization.
• →Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide client progress.
• →Complete documentation accurately and on time.

• Active CO license: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
• Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Reasonable caseloads and dedicated documentation time.
• Autonomy to use your preferred modalities.
