Registered Nurse - Overnights

At Mountain Springs Recovery (MSR), our nurses play a vital role in helping individuals through detox, stabilization, and the early stages of recovery. As a member of our day shift team, you'll work alongside providers, therapists, case managers, and behavioral health staff in a collaborative environment where communication is open, leadership is accessible, and every team member is valued.

Behavioral health nursing is fast-paced, engaging, and incredibly rewarding. Our nurses are involved in every aspect of client care - from admissions and medication management to collaborating with providers and supporting clients through meaningful milestones in recovery.

No experience in behavioral health? No problem!

Many of our nurses came from medical-surgical, long-term care, corrections, or other healthcare settings. We provide ongoing training and a supportive team that wants to see you succeed!

• →Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans
• →Monitor client health status through regular nurse visits
• →Administer medications and document accurately
• →Process labs and communicate results to providers and the care team
• →Respond to medical concerns with clinical judgment and compassion
• →Support clients through detox and stabilization protocols
• →Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication
• →Collaborate closely with RNs, LPNs, providers, and clinical staff
• →Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory documentation standards
• →Track and manage medical supplies

• Active Colorado RN license (required).
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
