We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud infrastructure solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Vultr, and UpCloud. As part of the Systems Management team, you will help support clients’ digital transformation initiatives through cloud architecture, automation, and security best practices. Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Cloud Solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based systems.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of cloud-based platforms.
Collaboration
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to address security incidents promptly.
Systems Management
- Ensure system availability, stability, scalability, automation, and performance.
- Perform quality control throughout cloud project development.
Incident Management
- Identify technical incidents and problems and implement solutions for cloud-based platforms.
Administration and Maintenance
- Perform administration, configuration, and maintenance tasks for cloud platforms.
- Monitor daily and weekly operations to ensure high-quality administration of platforms such as Microsoft 365.
Compliance
- Enforce compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in cloud platforms are preferred, including: CompTIA Cloud+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
- Experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.

Work Conditions
- Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (48-hour work week)
- On-call availability may occasionally be required for urgent support or critical issues.
