Direct Support Professional - Day Services | Fulton, NY (Oswego County)

In our Day Services program, you'll provide support, encouragement, and opportunities for growth as people explore their interests, build new skills, and pursue personal goals. Every day is different. One moment you may be helping someone gain confidence in a social setting, and the next you may be celebrating a milestone they've worked hard to achieve.

As a DSP, you'll help create a safe, positive, and empowering environment while supporting daily activities, community involvement, and personal growth. Your guidance and encouragement will make a lasting difference in the lives of the people you support.

Pay Rate: $17.92-$18.67 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

37.5 hours per week; occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Location: Oswego County (Fulton, NY)

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Qualifications:

Experience with developmental disabilities is valued
High School Diploma/GED
Valid NYS Driver's License
Experience as a CNA, Health Aide, Caregiver, or DSP is a plus
