HR Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Specialist who will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and recruitment activities.

• →Support the full recruitment process (job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers).
• →Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• →Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• →Provide administrative support across various HR areas (contracts, benefits, time tracking).
• →Prepare HR reports and dashboards using Excel.
• →Contribute to internal HR initiatives such as engagement, performance, and learning projects.
• →Work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of HR and recruitment needs.

• At least 1 year of experience in HR and recruitment.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (data management, pivot tables, reporting).
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English language.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.

• Experience in a fast-paced or international work environment.
• Experience with HR systems or ATS platforms.
