Menu Data Review Specialist – English Language

The purpose of this role is to review menu images in various languages and accurately match menu items to Wolt menu items to provide reliable data to internal stakeholders regarding restaurant menu quality and health.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a dynamic, KPI-driven environment.

Employment Details

• Full-time employment
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Office-based position located in Pristina

Key Responsibilities

• Review restaurant menu images and accurately transcribe menu information, including item names, descriptions, and prices
• Match menu items with Wolt’s internal database while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Ensure high-quality standards through regular quality checks and self-auditing
• Achieve partner satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information regarding services
• Respect and achieve agreed KPIs and productivity targets defined by the client
• Identify recurring discrepancies or technical issues and report them to relevant stakeholders

Education

• Secondary education required
• University degree is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite

Language Skills

• Advanced English language skills (spoken and written) are mandatory
