We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior IT Specialist to manage and improve our ICT infrastructure, telecommunication systems, and network environment while leading and supporting the ICT team.

Responsibilities

→Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and telecommunication systems;
→Administer Office 365, Microsoft Azure, VMware ESXi/vSphere, backup, and endpoint security solutions;
→Monitor system performance, security, and availability;
→Implement ICT security and disaster recovery procedures;
→Provide technical support and resolve escalated ICT issues;
→Lead, organize, and support the ICT team, including onboarding and training new employees;
→Cooperate with management on ICT strategy, budgeting, and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of networking, VoIP, firewalls, VPNs, and Microsoft environments;
Experience with Azure, VMware, and Office 365 administration;
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills;
Fluent English language skills;
Czech language proficiency is mandatory.
