We're seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our service team. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn the operational side of a service organization. 

What You'll Do 

• Answer customer calls and service requests 

• Keep customers updated on service status 

• Support scheduling and dispatch operations 

• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams 

• Help ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Customer service or office experience preferred 

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
