Service Technician

Taylor Enterprises of WI is a family-owned company with over 60 years of success serving restaurants across Wisconsin and the United States. We install, maintain, and repair industry-leading foodservice equipment, and we're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy solving problems, working with their hands, and helping customers. 

No industry experience? No problem. If you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we'll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. 

What You'll Do 

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial foodservice equipment 
• Work directly with customers to diagnose and resolve issues 
• Learn from experienced technicians and factory-trained experts 
• Build technical skills through hands-on training and real-world experience 
• Represent our company with professionalism and exceptional customer service 

What We're Looking For 

• Valid driver's license and good driving record 
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills 
• Demonstrated experience reading blueprints and schematics 
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a variety of environments 
• Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to quality work 
• EPA certification or the ability to earn it after hire

Schedule 

Monday through Friday 

8-hour day shifts 

Rotating on-call evenings and weekends approximately every 4-6 weeks 

Overtime available 

Pay 

$22.00 - $28.50 per hour, based on experience
