• →Pitch Macro concepts/ideas to the Head of Creative 
• →Lead writing sessions for unique ideas and situations
• →Research trends and tactics for retention

What you’ll be doing on Set: 

• →Real time problem solving
• →Direct Talent/Contestants
• →Guide the video to follow the best possible outcome 
• →Work with Production on schedule and readiness 

• Master collaborator 
• High accountability and integrity
• Willing to learn (and unlearn) quickly
• Able to communicate ideas and pitches in a clear concise manner that includes visuals 
• Experience developing content from ground up - concept to the final product
• Self Starter mentality, able to push individually to work on concepts
