HRES Delivery Lead

We’re seeking an experienced Operational Lead to join our team as HRES Delivery Lead. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery and ongoing transformation of HR Employee Services (HRES) in the UK, driving operational excellence, service innovation, and a world-class employee experience.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the HR Employee Services (HRES) team. The successful candidate will champion process optimization, strengthen governance and controls, and drive continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.

• →Lead the day-to-day delivery of HR Employee Services, ensuring a consistent and seamless execution of HR operations and employee services
• →Develop and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• →Support the evolution of the HRES operating model through process improvement, service optimization, and operational transformation initiatives
• →Manage key stakeholder relationships across the business and partner closely with global HR teams and external service providers

• →Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards
• →Establish a high-performing culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
• →Oversee outsourced vendor relationships, including governance, performance management, and issue escalation
• →Promote standardization, consistency, and efficiency across HR processes while delivering a positive stakeholder experience
• →Support the successful transition of new services, processes, and operational initiatives into the team
• →Drive operational excellence through performance management, SLA governance, quality monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
• →Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support informed decision-making

• Demonstrated leadership experience in HR service delivery, operations, or shared services environments
• Deep understanding of tiered service delivery models and case management frameworks
• 10+ years of Human Resources experience, including leadership roles in HR Operations, Employee Services, or Shared Services
• Demonstrated experience leading global teams and complex operational functions
• Experience driving large-scale transformation, automation, or service delivery improvements
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience managing vendor and outsourcing relationships is an advantage
• Strong risk and controls mindset

• Banking, Financial Services, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred
