Bayview Physicians Group, one of Virginia’s largest independent, multi-specialty, physician-led group serving the Hampton Roads region. We’re seeking high-quality and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NPs or PAs) to join our dynamic hospitalist team.

Opportunities are available throughout Southeast, Virginia including the areas of Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk and Suffolk, serving culturally diverse communities and markets while offering the flexibility to choose a practice setting that aligns with your lifestyle and career goals.

What we offer:

Hiring Range: $115,000-$145,000
- Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule, and job duties

In this Role:
As a Hospitalist Advance Practice Provider, you will provide comprehensive, longitudinal patient-centered care in an inpatient setting while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team

Perform comprehensive patient histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments
Evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in hospitalized patients
Order and interpret laboratory tests, imagine studies, and diagnostic evaluations
Conduct daily rounds and provide ongoing management of assigned patients
Perform admission evaluations, profess assessments, and discharge summaries
