Summary
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting primarily across corporate/back-office functions (Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Supply Chain, Marketing) and the full sales organization, including Sales Operations/Support, with additional support for manufacturing and engineering hiring as business needs require. This role also owns external recruiting agency/vendor relationships. Recruiting strategy and analytics under this role are scoped to the corporate, back-office, and sales functions this recruiter supports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Own end-to-end recruiting for corporate/back-office and sales roles; support manufacturing and engineering searches as needed. Approach every requisition — regardless of function or level — with the same standard of quality and urgency; this role requires genuine flexibility across very different types of searches, not a preference for one over another.
Candidate Sourcing:
Proactively source and engage passive candidates, particularly for sales and specialized back-office roles where the market is competitive.
Candidate Experience:
Provide consistent, timely follow-up with candidates throughout the process to ensure a strong candidate experience.
Hiring Manager Partnership:
Communicate regularly with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, scope roles accurately, and manage expectations on pipeline health and timelines.
Recruitment Strategy & Analytics:
Own recruiting metrics and reporting across supported functions (time-to-fill, offer acceptance, agency spend/performance, source of hire); identify bottlenecks and recommend sourcing or process improvements; present findings and strategy recommendations to leadership.
ATS Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies or data quality issues within the ATS (ADP Workforce Now) and recommend process improvements, workflow changes, or configuration updates to improve usability and reporting accuracy.
Vendor & Agency Management:
Own external staffing/agency vendor relationships; manage contract terms, renewals, and fee negotiation; track vendor performance and make scale/renegotiate/exit recommendations.
Campus Partnerships:
Develop and maintain recruiting relationships with engineering and manufacturing management degree programs at colleges and universities to support pipeline needs for corporate/back-office and engineering talent.
Social Recruiting Content:
Create recruiting-specific social content for corporate, back-office, and sales roles to support candidate attraction, in partnership with Marketing on brand voice and channel guidelines as needed.
On-boarding Support:
Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for selected candidates.
Confidentiality:
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding candidate information, compensation data, and sensitive hiring matters, particularly for Finance and other sensitive back-office searches.
