About the Role:

We're seeking a reliable, hands-on Facilities & Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations across facilities maintenance, supply and inventory management, gear preparation, and shipping/mail logistics. This is a great fit for someone who's organized, physically capable, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks and vendors throughout the day.

What You'll Do: 

Oversee general facility upkeep and coordinate with outside vendors for services like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, waste management, etc.
Support daily operational needs by purchasing supplies and coordinating with vendors and facility staff
Track inventory and liaise with suppliers to keep stock levels current
Handle daily mail and package logistics, including pick-up, order fulfillment, drop-off, and shipment coordination
Prepare and manage gear and equipment for new hires, new sites, and special requests
Support fulfillment for internal orders and special projects as needed

What We're Looking For: 

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver regular briefings to senior leadership
Experience working with vendors in a commercial and/or construction environment
Knowledge of gear and equipment used for security personnel (e.g., surveillance kit, body armor, holster types, etc.)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, with or without assistance
Valid driver's license, required to operate a company vehicle
Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have:

Experience in hotel management or a related hospitality operations role
Military experience in supply, equipment, or logistics roles
Compensation & Benefits:

$45k - $55k annually (based on experience)
Monthly gym, phone data, and internet stipend
Best in Class 401k Retirement Plan

$15,000 employer contribution for First-Year Associates.
$3,000 employer contribution each year thereafter. 
10% no-limit matching for all Associates who choose to contribute to their retirement plan.
