Partner with Engineering, Resource Management, Communications, Real Estate, Food and Administration Services, and other stakeholders to resource and deliver facility solutions.
Apply sound business acumen to facility operations, including staffing, contracts, risk management, business continuity, and supplier performance.
Support environmental requirements, sustainability initiatives, and energy-management objectives within assigned facilities.
Lead complex problem solving and project execution across multiple sites, balancing tactical execution with long-term facility strategy.

Your Skills & Abilities

Demonstrated ability to lead collaboratively, motivate others, manage positive change, and act with integrity and trust.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability, including the ability to address abstract, complex, and ambiguous operational issues.
Proven project-management skills and the ability to manage complex organizations, service providers, and contracts.
