We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while representing the company professionally in the field.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to travel, both via vehicle and by air, within the Continental USA (overnight travel will be required).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read technical manuals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional customer-facing demeanor.
Physical ability to lift, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, or on call as needed. Weekends are rarely required but may occur from time to time.
