Responsibilities

→Strong troubleshooting abilities with a customer-first mindset.
→Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 tools.
→Good understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
→Experience supporting Windows PCs and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
→Familiarity with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) for user and access management.
→Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
→1+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
→Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine willingness to learn new technologies.
→Exposure to Intune is a plus.
→Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
→Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (preferable but not required).
