Job Description
The Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) product line is developing and delivering the future of electronic warfare (EW), today along with developing robust sustainment strategies for active platforms. Built on decades of proven fielded capability, rooted on robust operational analysis, and incorporating the most relevant needs of the warfighter, AEWS brings high technology readiness level (TRL) and manufacturing readiness level (MRL) solutions to address the most complex challenges for the United States Department of Defense (DoD). AEWS systems provide the most advanced situational awareness and countermeasures capabilities for both traditional and non-traditional platforms. The AEWS team is empowered and honored to be executing at the tip of the tip of the spear!
One of the exciting opportunities within AEWS is the development of our Product Based Organization (PBO) as we work to take some of todays most complex systems and capabilities and convert them into commercial products. This team is shaping the future on how we will be doing business and who we are doing it with.
As an Operations Program Manager in the PBO we are looking for an individual with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain who will take that knowledge and drive the program strategy. Partnering closely with the other functions we will be forging new territory as we develop our commercial model for the Electronic Combat Systems business area. Some activities may include – make/where decisions for the PBO product, material strategy development and deployment, automation, affordability, managing design concept through full rate production, and transition to production across business sites.
