Project Overview:
The project is a 1.3 GW simple-cycle power generation facility located in Millersport, Ohio, being constructed adjacent to a hyperscale data center campus. The facility includes multiple power generation technologies consisting of Solar Titan 130 gas turbines, Siemens SGT800 gas turbines, reciprocating engines, battery energy storage systems (BESS), substations, and associated balance of plant infrastructure. The scope includes major civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, underground utility, control systems, and commissioning works required to support phased energization and turnover of the facility. Construction will be executed through a combination of direct hire and subcontracted labor supported by modularization, pre-assembly, offsite warehousing, and advanced work packaging methodologies
Job Summary:
This position is for an Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to the project. The successful candidate will perform administrative duties requiring proficiency, accuracy, judgment, initiative, discretion, and knowledge of company procedures and protocol. This role supports efficient office operations through coordination of calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, and other team administrative activities.
Major Responsibilities:
Performs administrative and clerical support duties for assigned managers and teams.
Formats, proofreads, and distributes correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using approved software applications.
Coordinates and schedules meetings, conference calls, and team events, including room reservations and meeting logistics.
Maintains calendars, identifies scheduling conflicts, and coordinates resolution as appropriate. Assists in preparing agendas, meeting materials, and meeting minutes as required.
Coordinates domestic travel arrangements and prepares travel itineraries.
Prepares and processes expense reports using Concur or other approved systems.
Maintains and distributes departmental information, contact lists, and records as assigned. Receives and directs phone calls, visitors, and inquiries in a professional manner. Assists with office operations, including supply management, shipping requests, and general administrative support. Handles sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Stays informed of key priorities and commitments of supported managers and teams. Performs other administrative duties as assigned
