Job Description
Lead and manage the Quality Management function for the manufacturing operation.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with internal, customer, and ISO 9001 requirements.
Ensure quality assurance, quality control, auditing, and inspection processes support operational and customer requirements.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying quality risks, addressing root causes, and strengthening manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Plan, develop, implement, and maintain the facility’s Quality Management System and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
Ensure compliance with NOV’s Global Quality Management System and applicable internal and external standards.
Establish and maintain effective audit, surveillance, and inspection programs.
Ensure quality requirements are incorporated into applicable manufacturing processes and activities.
Identify opportunities to strengthen quality assurance practices and improve overall process performance.
Lead corrective action and root cause activities to address nonconformances and prevent recurrence.
Ensure quality documentation and records are accurately prepared, reviewed, maintained, and provided to internal and external customers as required.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and other functional teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement.
Interface with customers and other external parties regarding audits, quality requirements, and quality-related concerns.
Monitor quality performance and support initiatives that improve product quality, process effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Management, or a related field required.
10+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
10+ years of experience working with ISO 9001 requirements and Quality Management Systems.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, auditing, inspection, corrective action, and continuous improvement practices.
Experience leading quality programs and supporting internal and external audits.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with manufacturing teams, leadership, customers, and other cross-functional partners.
