Investigator - Global Security Insider Risk Trade Secrets Protection Program


 

Our company’s Global Security Group is seeking an Investigator for the Insider Risk Trade Secrets (IRTS) Protection Program. The Investigator will help lead the Company’s effort in identifying, mitigating, and investigating threats to our Intellectual Property, Personnel, Products, or other Assets that originate from trusted insiders to ensure covered assets are protected from unauthorized access, loss, theft, or misappropriation.

 

Responsibilities

  • →Manage/assist with complex Insider Risk Trade Secrets (IRTS) Protection cases/investigations and ensures timely resolution of Insider Risk matters in collaboration with business partners (i.e., IT Risk Management Services, Human Resources, Legal, Office of Ethics and Global Employee Health).
  • →Promote the Global Security Group (GSG) Insider Risk Trade Secrets (IRTS) Protection Program throughout the Enterprise.
  • →Benchmark within industry to identify best practices that will improve and enhance the GSG Insider Risk Trade Secrets (IRTS) Protection program and operations.
  • →Provide Insider Risk Trade Secret (IRTS) Protection awareness training to the business and external partners as appropriate.
  • →Develop strong working relationships with all levels of management.
  • →Assist other GSG groups as needed.

  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of investigative experience in Law Enforcement, Intelligence, Military, Corporate Security and demonstrated solid achievements.
  • Advanced investigative, interviewing and report writing skills.
  • Knowledge and Experience with Data Loss Protection technology, User Behavior Analytics, digital and cyber investigative techniques.
  • Identify new methodologies that will enable GSG to uncover and address all Insider Risk concerns within the Company.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining collaborative solid working relationships with colleagues across the enterprise to include contractors, other external contacts, and to work effectively in a high-performing forward thinking team environment.
  • Proven ability to work with a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds, countries of origin, and at varying levels within the corporate structure.
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with and supporting senior leadership and government officials.
  • Develop actionable intelligence opportunities through continued liaison with Law Enforcement and Intelligence Agencies.
  • Ability to champion innovative ideas or positions to meet key goals and initiatives.

The salary range for this role is

$129,000.00 - $203,100.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
