Digital Manufacturing Specialist

As a Digital Manufacturing Specialist within our Animal Health IT organization, you will lead and deliver a portfolio of digital initiatives focused on leveraging advanced analytics, modeling, and data visualization. Your work will directly contribute to improving product development, manufacturing processes, and quality outcomes across Animal Health.

• →Partner with Science & Technology (S&T) stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions that improve scientific, manufacturing, or quality processes
• →Own and manage a portfolio of analytics and data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and continuous value delivery
• →Lead IT delivery of analytics use cases, including statistical process control (e.g., control charting), advanced modeling, data visualization, and insights generation
• →Translate business and scientific requirements into scalable technical solutions using modern data and analytics tools
• →Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines and analytical models ensuring data integrity, performance, and usability
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, quality, manufacturing IT) to integrate solutions into the broader ecosystem
• →Drive agile delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative value delivery
• →Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards relevant to manufacturing and quality environments
• →Measure and communicate business impact of delivered solutions, including improvements in efficiency, quality, or decision-making
• →Continuously evaluate new technologies and analytics approaches to enhance S&T capabilities

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field and/or work experience
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, scientific computing, or IT solution delivery

Preferred

• Experience with statistical process control, advanced modeling, and data visualization
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities
• Familiarity with agile delivery practices and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments
