Requirements

Strong, in-depth knowledge of piping isometrics (essential).
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Competent user of EIDA and ISAMS systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

→Act as the coordination lead for all fabrication activities between CED, Workshop, OSM, and Site teams.
→Ensure all projects meet NDT requirements as per project specifications. (Note: Workshop QA/QC Lead will organise execution of NDT.)
→Ensure QA/QC documentation (load plans, shipping lists, weld logs, NDT reports) is completed on time and to a high standard.
→Ensure the Workshop Engineering Team adheres to all responsibilities outlined in the Workshop Process Flowchart.
→Resolve engineering queries arising from fabrication isometrics.
→Prioritise off-site pipe fabrication to align with the agreed schedule.
→Liaise with MSL Project Managers to monitor and maintain the fabrication schedule.
→Coordinate fabrication deliveries using load plans requested by site teams.
→Review project load plans and issue lookaheads to the General Supervisor to ensure delivery to OSM/Site in a timely manner.
→Attend weekly production, scheduling, and QA meetings.
→Work with the MSL QA/QC Lead to ensure adherence to the full fabrication process.
→Ensure Tech Mods are completed correctly and promptly, with accurate red-line isometrics after fabrication.
→Manage revision control when notified of holds placed on isometrics by Site/Document Control.
