Lost Cowboy Taproom is looking for a reliable, friendly, and attentive Parking Attendant to help oversee our parking garage in Portsmouth, NH.

This role focuses on monitoring the garage, assisting guests with parking questions, and helping ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming experience for everyone visiting our property.

Responsibilities

Monitor the parking garage and keep an eye on vehicle and pedestrian activity.

Greet guests and provide directions or assistance as needed.

Check proof of validated parking tickets for guests who have dined at our own Lost Cowboy Taproom location (MTDG) in Portsmouth.

Verify dining receipts or other approved proof of dining to ensure guests receive the appropriate parking validation.

Help manage parking flow and keep the garage organized.
→
Monitor parking activity and communicate any issues to management.
→
Report safety concerns, suspicious activity, or maintenance needs.
→
Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests and visitors.

Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests.
Observant, with good communication skills.
Able to work independently and stay attentive throughout a shift.
Previous customer service, security, or parking experience is a plus, but not required.
