Senior Corporate Risk and Resilience Manager (Ref: 260000CU)

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our Corporate Risk & Assurance team as Senior Corporate Risk and Resilience Manager. Reporting to the Chief Enterprise Risk Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organisation's enterprise risk and resilience capability, providing independent Second Line advice, challenge and assurance across a broad range of strategic, operational and resilience-related matters.

• →Lead the development and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Risk & Resilience Framework, integrating enterprise risk management, organisational resilience, crisis management and business continuity
• →Strengthen the Principal Risk Area (PRA) framework by incorporating resilience considerations, including critical services, key dependencies, risk velocity, interdependencies, impact tolerances and recovery capability
• →Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and discussions, emerging risk reviews and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
• →Act as part of the Enterprise Risk & Resilience Centre of Excellence, providing independent Second Line advice, challenge and assurance to Business Units and Functions
• →Plan and deliver risk-based Second Line reviews, assessing the effectiveness of critical controls as well as organisational preparedness, continuity and recovery capability
• →Develop and maintain risk and resilience policies, standards, methodologies and governance processes
• →Facilitate crisis exercises, simulations and resilience testing programmes to strengthen organisational preparedness and response capability
• →Prepare risk and resilience reporting and insights for senior management and Board Committees
• →Promote risk-informed decision-making and support the continued development of a strong risk and resilience culture across the organisation

• Degree in Engineering / Business / Risk Management or a relevant discipline
• Possession of auditing or equivalent qualifications from an internationally recognised institution is preferred
• A minimum of 10-12 years’ relevant experience, of which 4 years should be at managerial level 
• Proven experience in enterprise risk management, organisational resilience, crisis management, business continuity and governance frameworks
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior management
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. Chinese language capability is an advantage, but not essential
