A leading global financial institution is seeking a KYC and Client Onboarding Analyst to join its Middle Office team in Manila. In this role, you will facilitate seamless client onboarding while ensuring compliance with KYC/AML requirements. Working closely with Relationship Managers, Sales, Risk, and other stakeholders, you will help deliver a high-quality client experience through effective coordination, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. As a KYC and Client Onboarding Analyst, you will serve as a key contact for new-to-bank clients and existing clients expanding their product portfolios. You will oversee onboarding activities, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure documentation and processes meet regulatory and internal standards.

• →Coordinate onboarding for new clients and additional products for existing clients, working closely with Relationship Managers and Sales teams.
• →Act as the primary contact for onboarding and KYC activities, reviewing documentation, managing workflows, and resolving issues.
• →Communicate onboarding and KYC requirements clearly to clients, ensuring timely submission of documents and account opening.
• →Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient onboarding experiences and address concerns promptly.
• →Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal KYC/AML requirements.
• →Identify and escalate potential financial crime risks, red flags, or suspicious activities to the appropriate teams.
• →Review and validate account opening forms and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and minimise rework.
• →Maintain operational excellence through accurate record-keeping, first-time-right execution, and consistent application of procedures.
• →Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, systems, and controls.
• →Share knowledge and best practices while providing operational guidance and support to Middle Office colleagues.

You bring solid banking experience and knowledge of KYC/AML requirements, alongside strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Your attention to detail and collaborative approach will help ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient onboarding operations.

• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and familiarity with corporate banking products.
• At least four years of relevant banking experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail in reviewing documentation and maintaining data accuracy.
• Familiarity with credit policies, local regulations, and corporate finance principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and workflow management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to share knowledge, provide operational guidance, and support team development.
