We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead infrastructure operations, security initiatives, and technology modernization efforts within a complex banking environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of critical infrastructure services while partnering with local and international stakeholders.

  Lead infrastructure operations covering servers, storage, virtualization, databases, middleware, and operating systems.

  Drive vulnerability management and infrastructure security initiatives.

• →

  Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit commitments.

• →

  Manage infrastructure upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities.

• →

  Partner with regional teams to align technology standards and operating procedures.

• →

  Lead internal and external resources supporting infrastructure services.

• →

  Collaborate with Audit, Risk, Security, and Business teams.

• →

  Develop infrastructure roadmaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• 5+ years of Infrastructure Management experience.

• Strong background in infrastructure operations, security controls, and vulnerability management.

• Experience with Windows Server, Linux/UNIX, VMware, SQL Server, Oracle, storage technologies, and middleware platforms.

• Knowledge of infrastructure governance, audit remediation, and regulatory requirements.

• Previous leadership and stakeholder management experience.

• Banking industry experience strongly preferred.

• Advanced English communication skills.

• Infrastructure or cloud certifications.

• Experience in financial services or banking environments.

• Knowledge of payment systems and financial applications.

• Experience supporting regional or global technology initiatives.
