Trade Finance Operation Specialist - Operation Units

•    Review the applications and documentation relating trade finance products prior to processing transaction to ensure accuracy.   
•    Process daily operation of booking, settlement, fund transfer, fee/charge collection for trade finance transaction.
•    Perform local regulatory report to Bank of Korea, Financial Supervisory Service, etc. and reporting to Head Office
•    Support the regional projects such as system development or the process improvement
•    Deliver extraordinary service customers to enhance function's reputation and meet customer's expectations   
•    Work in partnership with Relationship Managers and various departments including but not limited to Operations to seek advice and support in relation to transactions.   
•    Perform prompt and accurate deal affirmation and settlement service to customer.

What we are looking for: 
•    Experience relating to Operations in other banks preferred
•    Bachelor’s degree or higher
•    Proficient communication skills in English
•    Detail-Oriented and responsible work attitude
•    Strong analytical & organizational skills
•    Client focused and Excellent communication skills
•    Ability to work under pressure in a team environment. 
•    Basic knowledge about trade related products such as Documents Against Acceptance, Documents Against Payment, Open Account, Letter of Credit, Account Receivable Purchase Scheme and bank accounting.
•    Advanced Microsoft office skills(complex formulas, data analysis, etc.) and Experience in Visual Basic for Applications /Macro development
