BMC Helix Consultant Developer - Remote

Müller's Solutions is seeking a talented BMC Helix Consultant Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in BMC Helix to design, develop, and implement solutions that improve IT service management and operational efficiency for our clients. Your technical skills will be essential in configuring and customizing BMC Helix applications to meet specific client needs.

• →Develop, configure, and customize BMC Helix applications to fulfill client requirements.
• →Collaborate with clients to understand business processes and translate them into effective Helix configurations.
• →Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• →Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure optimal functioning of BMC Helix applications.
• →Integrate BMC Helix with third-party solutions and services, using REST APIs and other integration methods.
• →Conduct testing, code reviews, and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
• →Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BMC Helix applications to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
• →Stay informed about the latest features and enhancements within the BMC Helix ecosystem.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Developer, specifically working with BMC Helix products.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
• Experience in configuring and customizing BMC Helix applications, including but not limited to Helix ITSM and Helix Digital Workplace.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to BMC Helix development (e.g., Java, JavaScript).
• Understanding of web services and integration techniques (e.g., REST, SOAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
• BMC certifications relevant to Helix ITSM or related modules are a plus.

• Familiarity with database technologies and SQL scripting.
• Experience in implementing or managing cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
