Business Analyst - Dubai, UAE

• →Lead requirements workshops and interviews with stakeholders, then document business and functional requirements
• →Analyse current (As-Is) processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and design improved (To-Be) processes
• →Write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps (BPMN)
• →Act as the link between business users and technical teams through design, build and testing
• →Keep the product backlog prioritised and support sprint planning in Agile teams
• →Plan and coordinate UAT: write test scenarios, support users, and track defects to closure
• →Analyse data and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• →Manage stakeholder expectations, change requests and scope throughout the project
• →Prepare training materials and user guides, and support go-live and post-implementation reviews

and hypercare

• →Support demand intake, release planning and continual improvement of the platform

• Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT or digital transformation projects
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation and process modelling
• Hands-on experience writing user stories and working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart, and MS Office
• Data analysis skills; Excel essential, and Power BI or SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field
• Preferred Certifications
• CBAP / CCBA / ECBA (IIBA)
• PMI-PBA
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PSPO
• Lean Six Sigma (Green or Yellow Belt)
