Responsibilities

  • →Configure and customise ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM or others, depending on the project)
  • →Develop server-side and client-side scripts: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions
  • →Build and maintain workflows and Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog items and record producers
  • →Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and import sets
  • →Build reports and dashboards (Performance Analytics is a plus)
  • →Take part in requirements workshops and turn business needs into technical designs
  • →Support upgrades, cloning, update set management and platform health checks
  • →Write technical documentation and provide L2/L3 support

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
  • Strong JavaScript, Glide API and ServiceNow scripting skills
  • Experience across at least one major module (ITSM preferred)
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs and security
  • Integration experience (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), any module
