SuccessFactors EC Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and experienced SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join our team at Müller's Solutions. As a SuccessFactors EC Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Employee Central (EC) module of the SuccessFactors suite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective EC solutions that align with industry best practices.

1. →Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for the Employee Central module.
2. →Configure, customize, and implement SuccessFactors Employee Central according to client requirements.
3. →Design and develop complex business rules and workflows to automate HR processes.
4. →Integrate Employee Central with other modules within SuccessFactors or third-party systems.
5. →Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Employee Central-related issues.
6. →Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
7. →Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and best practices.

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central functionality, including data models, custom objects, workflows, and business rules.
• Experience with Employee Central integrations using tools like Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO, or SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
• Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors module integration with other modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
