Requirements
~2 min readBachelor’s degree in social sciences, mental health or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
Washington State Counselor Agency Affiliated Registered (ACCR) credential must be applied for within thirty (30) days of hire. Employees may work while the application is pending for up to one hundred twenty (120) days, OR a Mental Health Counselor Assoc (LMHCA) credentialed with Washington State may be substituted for the AAC
Current Washington state driver’s license
Minimum two (2) years of experience preferred
Proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
Must be approved, have clearance, and pass additional background checks from correctional facilities and jails that make referrals to crisis team and agree to annual background checks
