Responsibilities
~1 min read- →You will provide a high level of customer service, support and guidance to assigned hospital and units with provider compensation related matters, resolving escalated issues and inquiries timely with a high degree of accuracy
- →You will monitor existing programs and tools for ongoing issues and concerns
- →You will provide timely, accurate and appropriate levels of information to facilitate sound decision making
- →You will analyze compensation content and/or outcomes through appropriate tools and techniques
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required or four (4) years’ experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
- Graduate degree preferred
- Certification in related area desirable (i.e. CCP, CBP, PHR)
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Compensation, to include experience researching complex compensation issues, market analysis and developing innovative compensation recommendations for solutions in a large organization, preferably in health care
- Experience in Physician and Provider Compensation a plus
