The Technical Training Supervisor is responsible for a team of Technical Trainers and serving as a hands-on Technical Trainer. In the supervisor capacity, the incumbent will set individual and team goals, evaluate performance, certify trainers for course delivery, and perform management related administrative duties. In the trainer capacity, the incumbent will develop and facilitate formalized technical training for associates and customers across all available media channels on topics including, but not limited to: equipment installation, programming, troubleshooting, safety, maintenance, and repair.
