We are looking for friendly and professional communicators to join our BDC Call Center, who thrive in a fast-paced environment to play a critical role in customer engagement and service delivery.

• →Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service inquiries
• →Follow up on leads and schedule service visits
• →Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
• →Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
• →Collaborate with service and marketing teams to meet client needs

• A friendly and professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls and working with a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus (automotive experience is a bonus but not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus!
