This role is ideal for a proven automotive leader who can drive sales and profitability, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.

• →Lead day-to-day dealership operations across sales, service, customer relations, and financial performance
• →Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team
• →Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that achieve business goals
• →Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency through disciplined performance management
• →Monitor budgets, sales targets, and key dealership performance metrics
• →Maintain customer experience standards consistent with Infiniti and Motor Werks
• →Represent the dealership in the Barrington community and build strong local partnerships

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume luxury automotive dealership
• Strong business acumen with expertise in financial analysis, sales strategy, and operational management
• Demonstrated ability to inspire teams and consistently achieve or exceed goals
• Customer-focused leadership style with a commitment to exceptional service
• Infiniti or Nissan experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
