Team made up of one Endocrinologist, an APP, a Phlebotomist, an RN, an LPN, and an MA.
Diabetes Educator in office to help with diabetes mellitus education, nutrition, weight management and carbohydrate counting
Diverse population, with varied and complex endocrinopathy
In-office A1C Meter, and Diagnostic Lab on site
