Participate in shared governance, peer review, and professional development to promote a culture of clinical excellence and leadership. - →Care Coordination:
Utilize care management principles to coordinate efficient and effective patient care services, focusing on improving patient outcomes. - →Professional Growth:
Contribute to the development of a healthy work environment and take responsibility for ongoing professional growth and leadership.
Requirements

- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing (or compact state).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA).
