Coverage starts on the first day of the month following your orientation date.
The Registered Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager and provides high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver patient and family-centered care
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Lead and support assigned team members
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Provide patient education and health promotion
- Promote a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment
- Participate in shared governance and professional practice initiatives
- Utilize critical thinking to improve patient outcomes
- Support clinical excellence and evidence-based practice
- Demonstrate accountability, leadership, and professional growth
This position offers the opportunity to care for patients with complex neurological conditions while working within a collaborative, innovative healthcare environment.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current South Carolina Registered Nurse License or Compact State RN License
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
