Sales Coordinator

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, Marketing, International Studies, or a technical field
• Two or more years' experience in a technical customer support role
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Experience in a multicultural work environment preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Self-directed within a team environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
• Detailed, organized, and results-driven with the ability to solve problems
• Occasional international travel may be needed
• Occasional overtime and weekend hours, and hours outside of the traditional work day may be needed

1. →Manage the complete project workflow process including planning, pre-sale, post-sale, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and commissioning, including preparation of specifications, pricing, quotes, budget estimates, obtaining purchase orders, coordinating arrival of product in port, and synchronizing delivery on-site so that projects are completed on time and on budget
2. →Analyze, monitor, and maintain quality of information in systems on all assigned projects to ensure communication of project details and accurate sales and shipment projections to the team
3. →Serve as the primary contact for Field Sales in the areas of company processes and policies
4. →Identify issues or problems that effect the ability to accomplish goals and take action to resolve in a timely manner
5. →Develop and maintain strong communication within the territory and relationships with key contractors, specifiers, engineers, and vendors, as well as the internal sales team and customers
6. →Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer and project requirements
7. →Review customer responses with managers with a view of improving the sales process
8. →Help facilitate billing and credit procedures as needed
