Military Kids Camps Lead (Recreation, STEM, Sports, Coaches/Instructors)

• →Design, plan, and oversee week-long camp programs (STEM, Sports, Leadership, Recreational)
• →Manage equipment and allocate resources for sports activities.
• →Engage with community military members to understand their needs and attract participation.
• →Promote health and wellness through organized activities.
• →Ensure that all activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• →Analyze participation data and program feedback to enhance offerings.

• Degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Physical Education, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sports management, recreation, or program coordination.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in sports as a player and/or coach highly encouraged
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
