Travel Experience Specialist Trainee 100%

This role will involve planning outstanding travel itineraries while coordinating hotels, transport, guides, restaurants, and activities to deliver exceptional travel experiences within budget.
While planning will be your primary focus, you'll also have opportunities to contribute ideas and collaborate on developing new travel experiences.

- Manage our pool of Tour Guides and Ski Instructors: availabilities, booking, contracts, etc.
- Manage bookings for hotels, restaurants, trains, entrance tickets, and activities.
- Prepare and update detailed client itineraries.
- Negotiate rates and conditions with suppliers
- Prepare quotations and travel proposals for our Day Tours.
- Provide customer support via phone and email.
- Participate in weekend and public holiday duty rotations (minimum two weekends per month during peak season).
Requirements

- Proactively provide solutions to optimise and streamline processes.
- Natural Problem solver.
- Nothing is impossible attitude.
- Degree in Tourism or 1–3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Helpful and positive presence.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to translate problems into solutions and functional plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent German and excellent English. Other languages would be considered as a plus.
- If you are a skier or hiker will be considered a plus.
- To qualify for this position, candidates should either be Swiss citizens or already possess the legal authorization to reside and work in Switzerland.
