Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

What You'll Do In This Role:
The Day Center Concierge is a welcoming and essential part of the participant experience, creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment from the moment participants arrive. This role provides hands-on support throughout the day while helping participants feel comfortable, connected, and cared for. With a flexible, team-oriented approach, the Concierge works alongside front desk, day center, clinic, and rehabilitation teams to keep daily operations running smoothly and ensure every participant receives the attention, safety, and support they deserve.
