PRN Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN

Schedule: Per Diem, pick up a minimum of three shifts per month 
Shifts: Day: 6am - 6:15pm | Night: 6pm - 6:15am

Shift Premiums:  Nights (11:00 pm-6:59 am)-$2.00 | Weekend (Fri 11:00 pm-Sun 10:59 pm)-$0.50

Pay Range: $35.23 - $41.60/hr. (This rate includes an additional $3.40 per hour. The Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through program is approved through September 30, 2026; however, this additional pay will continue through September 30, 2027.)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring overall health. You’ll lead and collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure each resident receives personalized, high-quality care.
